KICK OFF MEETING {ideally in-person or on Virtual platform}
We need to understand your hiring needs. We partner with hiring manager and kick off searches with a detailed discovery meeting of hiring needs, position requirements and persona and team preferences. It goes beyond paper qualifications.
RESEARCH AND MAP THE TALENT POOL
We are really, really good at sourcing. We identify potential talent for the opportunity, regardless of their employment status. We look at talent "in the market” not just those that are “On the market".
ENGAGE THE MARKET
We contact, engage and screen the talent pool from our research. We also manage, Screen and engage with appropriate inbound applicants as well. All while managing the client’s employment brand.
PRESENT RELEVANT CANDIDATES
We have conversations and/or meetings to qualify every candidate we present to the hiring manager. For every candidate presented, we will have the agreed upon data points gathered for the hiring manager. We then get feedback from the hiring manager and iterate as needed.
RECRUITMENT COORDINATION
Recruitment gets messy and takes up lots of time. We can integrate and operate as an extension of the internal team when possible. You will find us always around at support scheduling and conducting interviews to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
HIRE THE TALENT
We help negotiate and extend offers, gather and conduct detailed references, coordinate background checks and seal the deal to get your position filled and the talent hired. All while building and maintaining relationships beyond the recruit.
